- Take Rokko Liner from Sumiyoshi station (JR) or Uozaki station (Hanshin line). A few minutes walk from Island center station to the southeast.

From Shin-Osaka station, take JR Kobe line. It takes 23 minutes towards JR Sumiyoshi station by rapid service.
- From Sannomiya, there is a bus stop on the south of JR Sannomiya station. There, you can catch a bus that goes to Rokko Island straight. It takes 18 minutes to Kobe Bay Sheraton Hotel. A few minutes walk to southeast.

- From Okamoto, there is a bus stop for Minato Kankou Bus in front of Mitsui Sumitomo Bank which is located down south of Okamoto station(Hankyu line.) Get off at the bus stop called P&G, walk to southeast for a few minutes.
